How we work

  1. 01

    Architecture comes first

    Instead of shipping fast and rewriting later, we draw the boundaries right from the start. We are not in a hurry; what we make has to stand for years.

  2. 02

    Data belongs to the user

    Local-first wherever possible. Copying a folder should be enough to back it up, and deleting it should really delete it.

  3. 03

    Small team, serious tools

    We build our tools for ourselves first, for the real needs of a two-to-five person team. We do not sell what we do not use.

Holebuf is the games side of Tefekti Studio. From the design doc to the prototype, level and sound design to store release, a small team makes everything by hand.
